We help businesses grow.

The toughest growth challenges come from your weakest areas. Technology could be getting the better of you, or your marketing seems ineffective. Getting to the root of the problem is the only way to solve it.

At Libra, we combine expertise from working with 100+ companies in a wide variety of roles. Jobs like media buyer, creative director, automation engineer, data analyst, web developer, copywriter, sales rep, graphic designer, and many more. We use our industry knowledge, and strategic perspective to solve growth challenges that specialists can't even see.

Do you know why growing your business has been a struggle?

The top brain surgeon in the world couldn't give you a heart transplant.

Most companies fail to grow because they don't know what's holding them back. They hire agencies, consultants, specialists. Despite quality work, the needle doesn't move.

All the solutions out there are built for a specific problem. If they don't work, you haven't found the problem.

Libra Growth Labs is built to help you diagnose the right problem and execute the solution. The second half is useless without the first.

What have we solved?

A few examples of work we've done with companies — what they came to us with, and how we fixed the problem.

1

Problem

A dating app hired us to optimize their ad account. The real problem was that they were selling the app to their customers the wrong way. Underneath that, tracking had never been set up correctly, so nothing could be measured properly.

Solution

Andreas sat in calls with the technical cofounder, read the documentation, and specified exactly what needed to be sent where to get it working. Then, in place of feature ads, we sent an invitation to an online event spun up in the app, written the way you'd ask someone out. Cost per user went from about $30 to under $10.

2

Problem

A QR code company lost their primary in-person acquisition channel to COVID and needed a social strategy that worked. They were marketing the product itself — talking about features to a market that didn't yet understand what a QR code would do for their business. Most people had only ever used a free generator.

Solution

We stopped explaining the technology and started showing the outcome — what it produces, industry by industry, so someone could grasp the value in seconds rather than have it described to them. That work also surfaced e-commerce as one of their strongest sub-markets. Cost to acquire a customer went from around $300 to about $150.

3

Problem

A retailer was three months from launch with a site that couldn't deliver the bare minimum experience expected of an e-commerce store carrying 20,000 products. Search was broken. Filtering was broken.

Solution

The filters weren't the problem — the product database underneath them was structured in a way that made filtering impossible. A web developer would have said the database was wrong; a data analyst would have agreed without knowing how to correct it, because correcting it meant understanding how the business actually worked. We rewrote the database, rebuilt the site, integrated their rewards program, launched a coming-soon page, and built the first round of ads. They launched on schedule with purchases coming in.

4

Problem

An AI voice startup needed to validate four acquisition channels in 45 days.

Solution

We built a rapid testing protocol to answer that question definitively inside the window, along with a landing page and a live demo line prospects could call to hear the product handle a real conversation. They came out of it knowing which channel would scale — it turned out to be outbound calling, which is how they've grown since — for a fraction of what six months with an agency would have cost, and without six months of reports that still wouldn't have answered it.

5

Problem

An apparel brand spending six figures a month thought they needed a better agency. The agency was competent, but running a strategy meant for a Fortune 500. They focused on optimizing a strategy that was never going to work.

Solution

We overhauled their strategy and brought customer acquisition cost down by about half. Creative that leaned into product strength, with minimal copy that only talked about what mattered. A simplified account structure that focused on revenue now, not awareness later.

6

Problem

A fintech had two months to build their entire acquisition approach from scratch before tax season. No data, no established channels, and no clear read on how to speak to their customers.

Solution

We built their acquisition strategy from the ground up. Our content read like news articles rather than offers, educating and creating interest in three seconds. It produced over $1M in revenue in that period, and a foundational approach that continues to produce results.
